In addition to Bulkers, Tankers and Container vessels, the company can offer specific experience and know-how in the management of very specialized and sophisticated tonnage like chemical tankers and off-shore units. Crystal Pool organization is tested every day on these very sensitive, intensive and demanding operations and activities.
Technical & operational support
A professional and experienced team dedicated to the vessel/s to provide and ensure compliance, efficiency, effective preventive maintenance and cost control. Regular visits on board to verify agreed standards and monitor crew performance. Support, preparation and management of vetting and third parties inspections.
Maintenance & Refit Support
Maintenance of the vessel to the agreed standard including repairs, dry docking and provision of spares, fulfilling the requirements of the customers including oil companies.

Crew Management Services
Crystal Pool Ship agency in Genoa ensure a pool of qualified crew. This translates into our ability to cope with dynamic international regulations and always be prepared for future demands. Provision of competent officers and crew, certified as required and also with qualifications as considered necessary for the vessel and the trade; arranging their joining and repatriation as well as all related functions, as required, including union relations, medical examinations, etc.
