This Integrated Report examines the ways in which Rimorchiatori Mediterranei Group works to create value over time, providing a picture of the strategies, objectives and performances related to the organization’s ability to create value. The time frame considered for Rimorchiatori Mediterranei Group aggregated data (the holding – Rimorchiatori Mediterranei S.p.A. – and its Italian/ foreign subsidiaries hereinafter referred to as “Rimorchiatori Mediterranei” or “The Group”) and other reporting issues is 2019-2021. In this first edition it has been reported significant activities for 2021 which, however, are not part of the drafted sustainability plan starting from 2022 with a three years time window
