Rimorchiatori Mediterranei, a company incorporated under the Italian law, is a leading harbour towage operator, part of the Rimorchiatori Riuniti Group. Rimorchiatori Mediterranei, which generated a turnover of c. € 100 million, operates in 18 major Italian and international ports through over 100 tugs and employs c. 600 people. Rimorchiatori Mediterranei has two shareholders: Rimorchiatori Riuniti S.p.A. and DWS Infrastructure. DWS Infrastructure, who owns a share in Rimorchiatori Mediterranei of 35%, is part of DWS (formerly known as Deutsche Asset Management), the independent, listed asset manager which is majority owned by Deutsche Bank AG, with presence in c. 40 countries and approximately EUR 692 billion of assets under management (as of September 2018). DWS’s infrastructure investment business has approximately EUR 17.1 billion of assets under management, with offices in London and New York and a network of highly experienced senior advisers
